For two days, everything will be focused on the potential of dance practice for health and wellbeing. Hamburg-based choreographer Patricia Carolin Mai will introduce the EU project “Empowering Dance” in theory and practice. Namibia-based choreographer Haymich Olivier will share experiences with contemporary African dance and the careful use of one’s own resources. Attendees will gain deeper insights into artistic techniques via lectures and dance workshops.
