In 2011 Simone Schulte-Aladağ and Bettina Wagner-Bergelt founded the international THINK BIG! Festival for contemporary dance, performance and music theatre for young audiences. In its first years, Fokus Tanz cooperated with Campus/Bayerisches Staatsballett, among others, and has been in partnership with Schauburg, Städtisches Theater für junges Publikum, since 2018. The biennial festival makes a significant contribution to bringing the performing arts with a focus on dance to a broad audience and creates venues for international networking and exchange among dance practitioners. THINK BIG! receives funding from the Cultural Department of the City of Munich as part of Access to Dance.
