When we play, anything becomes possible: The floor is lava, things fly through the air, and commonplace objects get a completely new meaning. The stool is a raft, a bridge, a house, a tower. It does a headstand, lies on its side, or stands on its feet. Who says, what happens next? Who makes the rules and how do we best come to a decision? And what happens, when somebody does not want to take part? Three dancers immerse themselves in the “game inside the game”: Who just was a hat, will now be an island in a stormy sea. Where the floor just now was untouchable, it now gets traversed by a large crawling worm. Who was tiny just now, suddenly becomes as big as a giant and flexes their muscles. Who fought intensely just a few seconds ago, now dances in unison. On this stage, the world is what these three performers make it.

Ceren Oran was born in 1984 in Istanbul and studied dance there and in Salzburg. She lives and works in Munich since 2015 as a freelance dancer, choreographer, and sound painter and has been producing dance theatre performances for children as well since 2010. Her pieces are invited to festivals all over the world.
