Family dance workshop with Daniela Holloch
for children ages 4–8 and one accompanying adult
Think big. Feel big. Dance big!
In this workshop, children and their parents explore the space together and dance as a team. Through playful movement prompts, little dance adventures and plenty of scope for their own ideas, a lively dialogue develops between young and old.
Sometimes the children lead, sometimes the adults. Sometimes they hop, roll or are carried; sometimes it’s very quiet, sometimes very loud. This builds trust, closeness and courage – and small movements become big moments. Connection, imagination and joy flourish here as child and parent dance together.

Daniela Holloch is a dance educator specialising in dance and cultural education within educational settings. In her work, she combines artistic practice with physical awareness, relationship-building and participation. She creates spaces in which children can move freely, discover their own means of expression and, in doing so, experience the joy of movement and body awareness.
