GREAT SUCCESS FOR THINK BIG! #10

On Saturday, the tenth THINK BIG! Festival came to an end on Saturday. The international dance, music theater and performance festival for young audiences once again proved to be a magnet for children and young people, parents, dance and theater professionals and educators in its anniversary edition. Some school classes visited a theater for the first time ever at THINK BIG!, children who are usually extremely reserved started dancing themselves, others took such an intense interest in the performances that teachers and parents alike hardly recognized their children. The immediate reactions of the very young audience members in particular were touching moments for both the artists and the organizers. This is exactly what THINK BIG! stands for: as a training camp for watching, marveling, laughing and pausing, for doing things yourself and thinking ahead. In the middle of the European Football Championships, attendance was around 90%, which corresponds to around 3,300 spectators - a result that festival directors Simone Schulte-Aladağ and Andrea Gronemeyer are delighted with.
