THINK

BIG! #8

THINK BIG! #8

June 27 - July 7, 2021

We're bringing dance and musical theatre to schools, public spaces and theatres!

This summer, the THINK BIG! festival will take place in a different, hybrid format:

The festival will include an international stage programme for family audiences and invite outstanding companies from the Netherlands and Belgium.

In addition, we will present three new pieces from choreographers who have been produced within the context of explore dance – dance for young audiences (Tanzpakt Stadt Land Bund).

Moreover, the programme „THINK BIG! Reach out“will offer various possibilities of performative and participatory actions, taking place at different places in Munich and various schools. We're creating offers for various groups of people: site-specific performances, performances in schoolyards and classrooms. This way, we also want to reach children without access to theatres.
