It all starts with a noise, transforms into a rhythm and then into music.
The dancers cannot wait to move to the music. The words, chained to each other, fly around and produce different melodies, choreographies, pictures, moods.
"Fliegende Wörter" is a contemporary dance performance, composed and performed by two dancers and a musician. The three artists use a variety of word chains to create a surreal river. The associations of words become music and dance. It all culminates in a playful, creative journey and performance with each other and with the children, while transforming a classroom into a magical landscape.
Performance was created as part of explore dance – network dance for young audience with Fokus Tanz | Tanz und Schule e.V., Munich, in the 2019/20 season.
